Regardless of their focus or place of operation, all VINCI Energies business units worldwide adopt the same approach to accident prevention and the enhancement of working conditions. They work closely together to achieve the shared objective of “Zero Accidents” with their management and teams. We outlined this goal in our Safety Excellence program. All business units participate in VINCI Energies’ annual International Safety Week. The event brings staff members together to take part in workshops that promote communication and teamwork with a focus on group involvement and cohesiveness. It provides an opportunity to share feedback and highlight best practices.
