| SECTOR : Oil & Gas | PROJECT PHASE: Commissioning | DURATION : 24 months +


  • Involved on the development of new offshore platforms to assist and support the Commissioning Site Leader in Process activities of the CPP (Central Processing Platform) EPCIC Contractors activities linked to the Commissioning of the well head platforms / CPP and associated Brownfield additional equipment, in both preparation and execution phases.

  • Lead all and supervise all Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities for assigned sub-systems.
  • Ensure proper implementation of all pre-commissioning / commissioning disciplines requirement according to the CONTRACT.
  • Review and prepare pre-commissioning/commissioning procedures.
  • Ensure that the lists of pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures are fully comprehensive, including operational test procedures.
  • Witness and/or verify all Process system and completion activities performed by the Construction Contractor including approval of punch lists.
  • Follow the execution of process commissioning activities and ensure that Process system are perform as per defined schedule.
  • Compile relevant documentation to support handover and acceptance of systems to Operations.
  • Maximize onshore commissioning and minimize lost time due to interfaces.
  • Adhere to and effectively communicate Project HSE WORKSITE(S) instructions and policies.
  • Follow the contractor ’s Process commissioning activities using the OPERCOM® Methodology and ICAPS© (Integrated Commissioning and Progress System) software.
  • Elaborate and Lead Process OTP.
  • Coordinate OTP preparation with Contractor.
  • Ensure progress status and reporting.
  • Ensure proper Punch Item entry and closure.
  • Technical support to other discipline and Contractor.
  • Control and follow-up on VENDORS commissioning scope of work activities such as: SAT, OTPs, documents update, Closing of Punch list, reporting.


  • Qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree or equivalent in engineering diploma
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry with minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
  • Worldwide mobility able to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment
  • Mastery of OPERCOM and ICAPS, PRODOM/MANASA DCC Database and relevant codes and standards
  • H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings
  • Language: Fluent English
