Based on the client’s defined terms of reference for the audit and technical repository, COMSIP proposes a detailed review of project deliverables to ensure that client safety objectives and operational requirements are taken into account.

Depending on when the audit is carried out (engineering, construction, commissioning, etc.), the focus is very much on the expected results and on activities prepared or in progress at that time :

Engineering Phase : Documentary review of the security concept, process documents, architectural deliverables, tenders for major equipment, contractual approach governing the following phases (commissioning, start-up and future operations mainly).
Construction Phase : Site visits and document review of all approved construction documents.
 Start-up and Launch Phase : Site visits and document review of CSU preparation processes and documents, recruitment and training plans for CSU and future operational activities, spare parts, contracts, detailed procedures review And progress of the CSU, problems encountered, etc.

Duration of services :

Depending on the size of the project and the number of staff assigned to the examination, the duration varies from 5 days to 2 weeks.

Deliverables :

  • Debriefing to key project / field operations personnel at the close of the review.
  • List of results classified according to severity, the proposed remedial measures being provided to the project manager.
  • Final report, including project responses to findings and associated corrective actions.
