YOUR MISSION

SCADA Manager for developing and executing a long-term and big organization offshore windfarm projects with many stakeholders.
Manage the Engineering team to ensure the complete automation delivery within the assigned timeframe, budget, and scope.

Manage the Engineering team to advance the work with specifications, sourcing, design, and implementation of wind farm automation and communication systems.
Create structure to the deliverables.
Enable the team of engineers to deliver.
Ensure & conduct audits, FAT, SAT and all similar activities.
Manage sub-supplier contracts, stakeholders, technical deliveries, and project risks.
Ensure that the complete automation delivery aligns with the assigned timeframe, budget, and scope.

Diploma: Graduated in electrical engineering.
Experience: Proven in similar positions preferable with PMI or IPMA certificate.
Competencies: A Technical understanding of the technical scope (Wind Offshore, SCADA systems, …), works proactively, adapts to external factors and internal guidance, manages a complex contract setup, and builds and nurtures relationships.
