  • Under the responsibility of the Head of Integrated Operations Planning Department (POI), you monitor the planning of several entities in liaison with the Planning Technicians and in close coordination with the various entities of the different Operations Departments.
  • You are responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring activities on the sites, identifying risks of deviation and ensuring that deadlines and costs are met.


  • Develop and update the operational schedule including all milestones, deadlines and key dates, in liaison with the Smart Room manager (responsible for the two-week schedule and coordinating the five-week schedule) and the schedule referents of all entities.
  • Prepares and participate in pre-arbitration meetings with the entities as required.
  • Prepare and participate in 6/24-month planning meetings (preparation, conduct, reporting, action follow-up) in close liaison with the operations planning coordinator. Participates in intermediate meetings (4 months).
  • Assist the hierarchy in the preparation of the Long-Term Plan, PRIME and Budget exercises and actively contribute to the consolidation of the schedules.
  • Prepare reports and analyses to support management decision-making within the project.
  • Participates in the development of planning procedures and tools (the Primavera tool).
  • Act as the administrator of the Primavera database.
  • Contribute to the analysis of results (Planning + KPIs + OPEX/CAPEX costs, difference between forecast and actual).
  • Produce and presents the associated reports to the hierarchy on a weekly basis.
  • In liaison with the project or construction business managers:
    – Drive the time and human resource planning of projects, maintain and control time schedules,
    – Calculate and monitor the progress of projects or construction work,
    – Anticipate, identify and control Change Orders,
    – Identify potential delays, analyze and propose corrective actions to ensure compliance with the schedule, …etc.


  • Solid experience with planning and risk management of large-scale EPC projects, within the oil & gas industry
  • Proficiency Primavera P6
  • Bilingual English/French
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to present and communicate complex matters
