| SECTOR : Oil & Gas | PROJECT PHASE: Studies | DURATION : 12 months (renewable)


  • For a technical and economic feasibility studies of building of an integrated CO2 Transport and Storage Infrastructure throughout different European countries, you lead, prepare and coordinate each phase to drive Project delivery starting with the FEED Call for Tender, through FEED, EPC tender and EPC Project execution).
  • Report to and support the Project Manager.


  • Support close-out of the trunkline Project Conceptual Phase an ensure coordination of input from Company and Partners for preparation of the scopes of work for critical path, geotechnical, geophysical, and environmental baseline surveys.
  • Support preparation of job descriptions when required for external recruitment to build and mobilize the Project Team necessary for FEED.
  • Develop and implement an interface management procedure to identify, organize and control interfaces between Partners and other Stakeholders.
  • Lead prepare and organize Call for Tender documentation, Tender Evaluation Plan and Bidder List.
  • Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary input to the technical and commercial evaluation of the FEED tenders in the framework of the Tender Evaluation Plan, preparing the Recommendation to Award for FEED
  • Coordinate and lead preparation of key Project documentation and Procedures for the FEED phase (PEP – Project Execution Plan, PQP-Project Quality Plan, Project Interface Management Plan, Project Risk Management Plan, Risk Register and Schedule…)
  • Responsible for a high level of HSE risk management, protecting human health, respecting communities, and conserving the environment.
  • Promote safety and environmental awareness at all levels.



  • Diploma: Engineer or equivalent
  • Experience (years): minimum 10 years in major Offshore Projects, including large diameter pipeline projects.
